Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

As each product is handmade, processing times may vary, depending on high volume of orders, shipping delays, or availability of materials (flower seasonality & availability), however this will be communicated to you upon checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia Wide and $14 express.

Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $70.00

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for orders in the Hobart area ONLY.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on details of pickup.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

International Shipping is $22AUD

When placing an order from outside Australia, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information before placing an order.

If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the item minus the original shipping cost.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thelittleflowerearrings@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Processing Times

All of our jewellery is handmade in Hobart, Tasmania and shipped via Australia Post.

Once the order is placed, please allow a 1-5 business day processing time and then another 2-5 business days for standard shipping, or 1-3 business days for express shipping.

International Shipping times will take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Jewellery Care

Our jewellery collection features 14k gold-filled and 925 sterling silver pieces, with exceptional quality, durability, and resistance to tarnishing. Additionally, we offer gold-plated and silver-plated options to suit a variety of preferences.

Gold-filled jewellery boasts a significantly thicker layer of gold compared to gold plating, securely bonded to a brass core, ensuring longevity and enhanced quality.

While our jewellery is designed to last, we recommend avoiding exposure to saltwater, chlorine, and harsh chemicals to preserve its finish. This guidance also applies to our 925 sterling silver pieces.

To maintain the natural vibrancy of the flowers embedded in our designs, we advise storing your jewellery out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.

Custom Orders

For custom jewellery orders using your own flowers please refer to our Custom Order product listing and follow the prompts in the description.

Whilst most flowers can be used in jewellery, some unfortunately do not like to be dried and therefore will turn brown in the resin.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about creating your own custom piece.

Order Returns/Refunds

We do not offer returns for change of mind, nor if the jewellery has been worn.
