I’m Agnes, the owner and creator behind The Little Flower Handmade.

My journey began in 2021, right after finishing my Masters in Business at UTAS. After many years in hospitality, the thought of a 9-5 office job honestly terrified me. I wanted something meaningful - a vocation, freedom, and a sense of purpose.

With no capital, no job to fall back on, and very little confidence, I decided to take the leap and start The Little Flower Handmade.

That Christmas, I gifted my first pairs of flower earrings to friends and family - and thankfully, they loved them!

Fast forward to 2025, and my jewellery has been shipped all over the world, sold in gift shops across Australia, and even featured in the Better Homes & Gardens 2024 Christmas Gift Guide.

One of the most special parts of my work has been taking flowers from weddings, funerals, and other sentimental occasions and turning them into keepsake jewellery.

Looking back, I’m so grateful I didn’t give up. It’s taken hard work and persistence, but now I get to create meaningful jewellery that captures memories while showcasing the natural beauty of Tasmania through my art.

I want to ultimately credit my faith in God and His goodness for every success I have had so far.
